On this blog I review Medical review books and study aids.  Why you ask?  Because BN and Amazon adjust their ratings to the publishers whims.  They may deny it, but it is true.  As such I encourage you as Medical students to assist others in the books that really help you study for Boards and Rotation competency exams.
